Reinstalling transport pod blanks loading screen (Minify Everything)

I made two transport pods for the first time and when trying to launch as a group, I hit the 'must be adjacent' feature.
I uninstalled a transport pod and launcher and moved them directly down from the first launcher. Now when I press the 'Load launch' button, the 'load transport pods' screen is unpopulated. This happens if I select either pod or both. I'm able to replicate the problem just by uninstalling and installing it again at the same location.
