cannot submit my name in game

i keep getting "almost there, give your email so we can notify you"

when i put my email in it say "this emails already taken by another user"

and im locked at that screen

Please email Ludeon Support ([email protected]) from the email address you're using and explain the issue. That should get things straightened out for you. Please update us here either way.

I'm having the same problem

Bought the game on steam, went to the name in game registration page. After registering it asks where you bought the game, logged me in through steam and than asked for an email.

Then it tells me that email is already in use, well duh you just had me register with it.

The email they sent me from registering also links back to the same page, just tells me to select where I bought the game and sends me in the same loop of logging in and demanding that my email is in use from already registering.

@ Kunovega - Have you tried emailing Ludeon Support yet? (as milon suggested in reply to the OP).

You can also try logging out of the system, and closing/restarting your browser in case something got cached improperly. And don't forget to check your email spam folder in case something got lost there.
