Collab or git?

Do you guys use Unity's built in collaboration version control or do you use git/github? or both?

I'm going to assume only one of the devs can answer this. But either way this is not a support issue so I'm moving this to GD (not absolutely certain it belongs there either, but it's a better fit for this than support is).
