I bet they're all gung ho with the Zeroth Law, though.

A robot may not harm humanity, or, by inaction, allow humanity to come to harm.

Except, for them, 'humanity' is their now-extinct masters, and the colonists are pests on their planet, so they do 'cleansing raids.'

Personally i pictured them as more of Terminators. Specifically the t600 type.

I would be very interested and amused if someone somehow modded the mechanoids to behave like the robots in With Folded Hands.
