No "Hunter has no weapon" message

I am not receiving any report on debug console but for some reason, that notification is not appearing on my new save

I have a lot of mods on but I dont know which mod would interfere with that specific message

Any ideas?

First: Do you have someone with priority on "Hunt", which didnt use a range weapon?
