joy depravation and cant right click orders

since i installed Mods (Prepare carefully,prisoner harvesting,blueprints,more floors,expanded prosthetics,colony leadership,quality builder,medicaltab,medievil times,hospitality,colony manager)
my colonists wont get joy  and are always depressed and dazed.
after i got the mods i started a new colony.
i can only give orders when i make my colonists warready.but can priorotize them tasks.
i got them toys for joy but they wont use them.
