Cant Load Save (error Log)

Hey Guys, so I dont know how to read error logs, could somebody please tell me why i cant load my save files?? Logs are attached

Looks like Prepare carefully and Facial stuff are having issues with each other.

There is a note on Facial stuff on steam:

"you can't define FS appearances in EdB PrepareCarefully. Use the in-game Face-Styling bench for individualizing your colonists."

Are you doing this?
