[MOD REQUEST] Item enabler/disalber

Be able to enable/disable items that will show up in-game. This is good for people who only like certain items (or items in mods) to show up in the game.

Rimfire has done this with weapons, it has a feature in the mod settings to enable/disable weapons. If only this feature become standalone and also include clothes/furnitures/structures/miscitems etc.

Sorry for my selfsih request. I hope someone make my request come true.
