And what problem are you encountering exactly? I've attached a screenshot (from a recent support thread) highlighting where the attachments are located for a particular post. So to download an attachment you just click on the name (in yellow text) of the attachment you want to download. There is likely then another step asking you if you want to save it, and where, but this will vary depending on your browser.

So please can you specify exactly where you are having a problem with downloading attachments.

Edit - Ah, maybe the issue you are having is that attachments are hidden unless you are logged in. So if you can't download attachments because you can't see them, then please check you are logged in. Or at least this is the only problem I can think of regarding attachments. As otherwise downloading attachments is about as straightforward as it gets (in terms of downloading anything).

Then it's not there. The forum auto-deletes any attachments that are too old.

Which thread are you trying to get an attachment from?
