I've played RimWorld with Steam offline mode 6A.M.(+8) and quit game normally.
Now the problem is I can't start game.
When I start RimWorld from Steam, it show "RimWorld - Running" and suddenly return to "RimWorld".
With TaskManager, I can't see RimWorldWin.exe while starting from Steam or direct start execute file from game folder.
I've tried uninstall game and reinstall it.
I've tried many versions, from 14 to 17, even last unstable version..
I also can't get log file from LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\
Is there anyway to fix it?

P.S: Other games on steam can run normally.

The first thing to try would be a clean reinstall of the game, which is more thorough than simply uninstalling + reinstalling through Steam (backup your saves first just in case). Details on how to perform a clean reinstall can be found here: https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=4805.0

So please perform the above and then install the latest version (A17b) only again on Steam. Try running A17b, and if it doesn't work please post the log file generated (as an attachment ideally). The log should be in LocalLow\Ludeon Studios (as you mention), but it can also be in the game's Steam folder. Full details on where the log file might be can be found in the following post (see #6): https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=513.0

Thanks for your help,
I followed clean reinstall step and unsubscribe all mods, now game running correct.

Glad to hear everything is working properly again. Sounds like Steam just got its undies in a twist somewhere alone the lines (as it has a tendency to do).

If you encounter any tech issues in the future then the best place to start is almost always with a clean reinstall, like you just did, as this solves a wide range of tech issues. And if that doesn't do the trick then you now know where we are :)

Happy RimWorlding!

Before needing to do a clean reinstall, if you're getting the "[GAME] is already running" Steam error, try restarting the PC first.  That usually fixes it in my experience, but I've never had that problem with RimWorld before.
