Are you using any mods? And if so do you get this start-up error with them disabled?

Also, can you please post your log file (as an attachment). As what you have attached to the OP appears to be a copy and paste of the in-game log into a text file. Which is not the same thing (less detailed) as the actual log file. Details on where to find it can be found in the following thread. https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=513.0

Not 100% sure yet what the problem is but you can try performing a clean reinstall, as that fixes a wide range of technical issues. Details on how to perform one can he found here: https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=4805.0
