how to remove things?

one question how do I remove stuff like the Hopper
is there something like <RemovedefName>Hopper</RemovedefName>?

(i know i can overwrite things)

Best way would be to override the hopper but just remove it's designation category, so no-one will be able to see it :)

Did the same thing when i removed the vanilla weapons in project sky. I just changed the tags so they are not selected.

did the same when i removed the Nutrient Paste Dispeser in my mod. :)
