Warden bug 'need warden'. Bizarre - any help appreciated.

By God, it's driving me crazy, I've been testing and testing - can't see anything.
I would be incredibly grateful for any input!
Also I would be interested if anyone else has a similar problem or has a similar mod list and doesn't have a problem.

What the circumstances were and what happened:

Original circumstances:
Child (age 11 due to mod) Raider captured. Transferred to prison, healed and fed (while downed in bed) as normal. After Child could walk again, Child slowly starved and had a mental break (how I noticed - whoops). Brought to my attention that none of the assigned wardens would bring her any food. However, wardens would chat/recruit/interact with her as normal in all other areas except feed her.

What you expected to happen.

I was expecting my wardens to bring her food - there was plenty.

Steps we can follow to make the bug appear on our machine.
I understand this part is important. However, I have tried to re-do it many many times on new saves. Out of all the saves only one new save recreated the bug. I cannot see any resemblance. I have provided both saves - the new 'bad' save has the least amount of mods if anyone wants to fiddle with it without the harassment of downloading all of the mods.

Notes
In Vanilla Rimworld there are no colonists <14 years old. So I added a children mod. So, when I say 'Child' I mean colonists <14 which were added by that mod.

Testing details - details I discovered from testing in dev mode.

- Children can eat by doctor in all cases.
- Children can have recruitment chat.
- Still has problem with 'Prison Labour' mod deactivated (my first obvious suspect).
- Occasionally/'randomly', I will get a notification 'need warden' - despite having assigned wardens which are feeding adults.
- When in shared cell with adult, adult fed and child not recognised/ignored.
- With the bad saves I tested prison cells in different rooms. This worked! In the screen shot of the original bad save I have colour-coded the rooms which worked and didn't (those that I tried). In the other screenshot, you can see the layout of the new 'bad' save and see if anything jumps out at you (also there is a pretty picture). I will update this post or post another post in this topic if I come to the solution/ groundbreaking theory.  But nonetheless I wanted to see if any one has a revelation before I do.

It's happening to me, too. The game doesn't seem to recognize my warden.  I lose the ability to interact with the colony animals.   If I quit and reload the colony, I have only a few minutes of functionality.
I wish I could figure out which mod or combination of mods is causing this!

Thank you for your input - interesting how reloading works only for a few minutes! Are you able to post your mod list? I might look into it further if the problem hasn't been solved (eg. the culprit mod been updated). Your mod list would help me identify which mods we have in common and work from there.
