The aftermath of a poison ship that landed in front of my killing field.
This is from A16.

Some time ago, the explosion of one of my turrets killed a pawn of mine that was downed next to it, since then i no longer place turrets in the north side of the wall, I rely mostly on firepower to take out the enemies that manage to get there (the 2 big turrets end up as bait).

To try to maximize the chances of survival i placed 2 turrets made of alpha poly on both sides of the ship, they baited the mechanoids on both ends of the ship, the ones on top ignored them and relentlessly launched inferno cannons to the concrete wall, behind it was one of my melee specialist pawns "Emi".
Meanwhile 2 EMP mortars were lobbing shells to the middle of that mess, not very accurate mind me saying so, the 2 big turrets were affected a couple of times.
Fire was a real nuisance, the firefoam poppers helped a lot, but direct hits with inferno cannons still set my pawns on fire, because i made the mistake of placing them to close to the walls.

And In the middle of the micromanaging hell, i lost sight on Emi and she got a charge blaster shot to the head, she had a legendary combat helmet  on, you would guess it would take the bullet, but nope, she got scarred 3/10 brain damage, it would be considered a loss for some people, but now i have a reason to hook my elite warriors on luciferium.

Other than that, my pawns had some minor injuries, mostly burns.
