New combat mode (Like flee/ignore/attack) for ranged pawns.

"Keep distance" combat mode.
Ranged pawn, melee enemy. If that enemy will be able to reach the ranged pawn before the ranged reload ends, then the ranged pawn should flee. Getting fairly sick of my snipers sitting there like an idiot as an enemy slowly approaches to bash their skull in.

Why are you focusing on having a personal life rather than updating a mod that you're not paid to work on?
