ive made a scenario give me raids every 4 days will my story teller also give me raids ?

-ive not survived a 60days with my scenario( I just get defencese up enuff mid-late game )

Yes.  The Custom Scenario settings are in addition to w/e storyteller you select.

You could make a 'boring' storyteller though, if you wanted it "entirely" custom though.
