Problems Entering Back Story

Two days ago I bought the game at Pirate Tier and I entered my name details which have been accepted, yesterday I upgraded to Merc Tier, at [email protected], the same e-mail as I registered my Pirate Tier at, but I can't enter my new key so I can't add back story and it still says I'm Pirate Tier at the top of the screen, thank you in advance for assistance rendered. :)

Tynan went to vacation until May 28. So you need to be patient :)
