How to Refund?

 Just been wondering, ever since the new version on steam came out, I've been wondering how do I refund my non-steam version?

so, you bought the non steam version AND the steam game ?

i ask, cause i bought the non steam version years ago, and i got a steam key BECAUSE of that.... so asking for money back would be somewhat...... weird ?

if you bought 2 versions, then i dont know!?!?
but if you bought 1 version, for which you got 2, and are now asking for a refund .....

If you bought the game before Steam release (there's a cutoff date but I don't know what it is), you should have received a steam key by now. I had to get in contact with Ludeon to get mine, so I suggest you do the same. Most likely it got lost in your spam.

If you bought the steam version within 2 weeks ago and have less than 2 hours playtime on the steam version, you can refund that, then get a steam key from the DRM Free version you already own.

If you're a day late or a minute over, Steam will basically ignore you, automatically closing all your tickets as "solved" without so much as an automated response.
