[Bug 0.18.1717] Villain (Backstory) pawn (unable to haul) do haul.

She just haul all of the sudden and it's her 1st priorities job on top of that. I can't change her hauling priority too since she's usually can't haul (It's gray in priority tab as you can see in picture 2).

Now, It's become a problem. She's my main researcher but now she devote herself to be a hauler .
I have to lock her in the researcher room (by forbid door) or create a private area only just for her to make her continue the research.
