Defenders are Idiots

We're raiding an item stash, and the sole defender left walks in, weapon holstered, and starts to eat one of our simple meals. All the while 3 heavily armed raiders sit there, within metres. How clever.

I had a prisoner prior my last item stash raid, and once we arrived, the prisoner went straight to the enemy base to eat one of their meals and ended up eating all their turret bullets instead.

I think prisoners should be tied to my pack animals and not just wander around freely. Same for when you are settling another colony, prisoners just wander around until you build a cell for them.

The AI pathing needs a serious fix as it has a lot of trouble to detect surrounding threats. How many times I had my colonists and pets just go eat hits from berserkers...

These defenders bases also spawn with their batteries outside...
