Could It be possible to have Rimworld on Console? Lately my computer is out of commission and I ain't going to be able to get a new one for a while. Then it hit me, could Rimworld be played on Xbox one or PlayStation? Because it's a game worth the coconuts you give for it. Yes, the controls would be wacky but it would be worth it, to play Rimworld.

I don't think there are any plan to port rimworld on a console.

But i am not an expert for consoles, but isn't it possible to run linux on them, then you could use the linux version of rimworld.

The only current way, is if you have an old PS3 with "OtherOS" still available, with Linux installed.
