Change MODS Language in Game.

How to change the MODS language? There are several that do have translation and the folders are there, but in the game they don't appear in another language and there is no way to change it inside, not in MODS options.
One example is ALLOWTOOLS (it's easy to understand, I know, but it's an example), it has a translation to another language, there's the folder with XML translated, along with more languages, but there's no option to change it inside the game.
Should we change the files to brute? By overwriting, I mean, if not, how it's done.

Any mod should always have the same language as the main game. I doubt there's a way to configure the language on a per-mod basis.
