Mod Request : Mechanoid Sleeping Spot

Similiar to the animal sleeping Spot,
to where Pawns can "rescue" mechanoids before operating on them ..
Maxim 1   : Pillage, then burn
Maxim 37 : There is no overkill. There is only open fire and reload.
Rule 34 of Rimworld :There is a mod for that.

You are confusing me. We don't normally "rescue" mechnoids or operate on them?

But you can operate on downed mechanoids,
either shutdown or harvest Scyther Blades.

So instead of operating somewhere at the far side of the map and leaving dead mechanoids and valuable implants on the ground.

"rescue" them like animals or downed pawns to the operating place and work there ..
this removes up to 3 hauling jobs and keeps the gained bodyparts from rotting.

classifying the worktype as either hauling or rescue .. one of our 100 boars can do it ..

Oh. What you're asking for is the ability to haul them while they're still alive, I think. That would be a good feature.

By providing a storage space for them.

As far as I remember one of the luciferium production mods works on downed mechanoids to prepare them for something, I just can't remember if it was an operation or a workbench bill.

It has an operation as a bill on the downed mechanoid to extract mechanite oil, and there is a bill at the machining table with a dead mechanoid to prepare it.

Would be easier(maybe) to make shut down mechanoids unforbid themselves. Since haulers perform shut down there is no real difference between bringing them back into base to shutdown than operating outside.

Hauler perfom shut down, since when ? I never notice this.

I play with the robot mod and the hauler bot goes shut down mechanoid and since hauling is the only thing they do it looks like hauler does shut down.

For shutting down only, this maybe easier, but for removing bodyparts it is still to much walking
