Can you use mods with the Mac version of the game, or do I have to use Linux or the Windows version with Wine Bottler?

u should be able to mod the mac version.

Then I guess my question is how? Both the Linux and Windows versions I downloaded have a mod folder which I presume mods you download can just be added to, but my mac version has no mod folder.

What folders are there instead? I've never worked with a Macintosh (yes, the full name sounds better :P), but I may still be able to help you.

Instead of using Visual Studio or SharpDevelop, you'll have to use MonoDevelop, which is just as good for making assemblies.

I guess that is my problem, there are no folders. I have three folders: RimWorld413Mac(contains nothing but game), RimWorld413Linux (contains game and two folders: Mods, RimWorld413Linux_Data), RimWorld413Win(contains game and two folders: Mods, RimWorld413Win_Data). I have done a search on my computer for all folders named Mods, and for all folders containing Rimworld, thinking maybe my Mac just tossed them somewhere randomly, but the search only turns up the ones I have in those two folders.

edit: I'm still getting used to Macs, just learned that I need to right click the game itself and select "Show package contents" and inside is the mod folder and everything else.
