[0.18.1700] Can`t build walls over marshy soil.

Subj. Dunno WAD or not. Can`t build walls directly(terrain dont support this), but can floor same marshy soil tile and then build a wall. Other structures like solars, traps, etc can be built directly w/o pre-flooring.

Didn't realize this could be a bug, noticed you could floor over it but didn't try then building a wall over that.

I'm assuming it is supposed to be classed as both unbuild-able and unfloor-able terrain.

Just tested it myself as well and I can report I'm getting the same issue here. Can't build a wall on it on it's own but can floor it then build a wall on-top of that.

I'm having the same issue in 0.18.1704 . I can put wood flooring on marshy soil and then build a wall on top of the flooring.
