[0.18.1704] Growers chop down trees 2-3 tiles away from growing fields

Eland (and maybe other pawns) are chopping down trees 2-3 tiles away from growing fields. The trees are not designated to be chopped. I have seen two instances of this so far.

I understand crops cannot be planted next to trees, but these trees are far away.
