(mod request) Steel, Plasteel, Wood, Stone parkas - chain armor

So the subject speaks for itself. Im looking for (and suggesting) a simple mod to create chain armor that behaves like a parka - made from steel, plasteel, wood or stone materials. Those would have no heat and cold protection, but function like an armor.

Would be nice if those things were made on tailor bench and be classified as armor, meaning that colonists restricted to worker apparel wont wear those.

Maybe also chain pants.

Why behave like a parka? It seems like you would want the complete opposite. Given that it's armor it should be on the middle layer for clothing.

There are several medieval mods, one of them may have what you are looking for.

I may have what you search. In the unfinished thread I uploaded Ancient Rim. There is a scale armor, made of metals and worn in the middle layer (found as "dessert"). But there are several more items done and planned.
