[Request] Move furniture, devices, etc....

Thank you to Justin C for the Auto-Rescue mod.

Maybe I haven't located it in game, but it would be great if we had the ability to move certain items (a bed, chair, etc) instead of having to rebuild it.  I don't know if the game is set up to do it, but it makes sense that we could move a bed or a chair.  Certain things such as the nutrient paste dispenser or turrets, I can understand that it would need to be rebuilt.
