[0.18.1722] The "bad event" alarm sounding for nothing

Im talking about that alarm that you hear when there are diseases or some other negative thing. It sounded and i received no notification about it.
The bug could be on the notification that doesnt appear, or in the alarm that sounds for nothing.

I have had it sound and quickly get silenced by a colony animal that hunted a wild animal that got salty about it, and then dead. The alarm sounded, but the letter could not drop because it was the killing blow, ending the event.
