[A18] Randy on rough initiates 5 different events at the same time

What the circumstances were.
Just started a fresh A18 save without mods enabled.
What happened.
All 5 events popped up at the same time.
What you expected to happen.
Not this atleast
Steps we can follow to make the bug appear on our machine.
No idea, I did not do anything out of usual.

EDIT 1 = If you load up the savegame, you'll encounter a few more events almost immediately after the first five. Something is broken.

Meh, Randy "Random". Your only issue is the raid really. Wait till he stacks a raid with bug infestation then follows that up with a manhunter pack that exploits the whole the raiders made in your wall.

Not a bug, actually! It's random, this will happen a small but statistically predictable fraction of the time. Thanks.
