[B18] Any mods that build over constructed items makes pawns deconstruct item

As the title says, any mod I use that overlaps anything other than floors has my pawns try deconstructing it.


At first I thought it was just ceiling lamps, but now they're deconstructing when modded conduits and other furniture are made.
