(B18) Pawn came back after rescue caravan and can no longer cook. Skills same

Hello. I had a pawn go out on a quest journey to meet with a group for peace talks. On the way home, pawn was ambushed by manhunter cat and went down. I sent my 2nd best Doctor and best cook, Level 5 with a passion for cooking to rescue my pawn. The pawn died and I had my Cook come back home. Cook started doing research, even though we were low on food. Continued to do everything but cook. I reset the bills on the cooktop, took the pawn off cooking then back on, etc. When you try to prioritize cooking, it say's: Cannot cook electric stove, skill too low.
