B18: plants grow very slowly (0.2-5% per day)

Hello

I recently switched to B18. I have the problem all plants are growing very slowly.
They do grow, but only 0.2 - 5% per day. 5% for a plant which should take 2.5 days growing time.
These plants are already on plowed fields from vegetable garden project, so grow speed is 148%.

Is there anything interfering from mods?

When you click on the growing zones, does it say "inadequate temperature" or "bad lighting" or anything along those lines? Perhaps a volcanic winter is occurring?
