[Mod Request] Filter 'Search' Functionality

If I could have just one thing from Hardcore SK it would be the ability to search for filters.

The time I've spent trying to find 'Rotten Mush'... click-no click-no click-no.

Allow and disallow apparel types that colonists are allowed to wear.

'Ok Jim, no more fur coats, snow boots etc for you asshole, it's 42C, what's wrong with you!?'... click-no click-no click-no.

On GitHub, you can change "branches" and download the raw "repo", directly from a parallel branch.
