*I start this topic just to tell some interesting everyday life of my colonist but this should be able to report as a bug*

Meet Val and Vort, both doctor and researcher of the Dead Cells colony.

(Picture 1: Val and Vort in his/her daily job)

Today, I just realize that both of them miraculously have exactly same trait and same job. Their age are in strike zone too (26 and 31)

(Picture 2: Val's biography)

(Picture 3: Vort's biography)

They just made for each other! They have a very nice conversation all the time. They relationship should be so high that they should decide to date at some point. Sadly, this is how thing goes...

(Picture 4: Val's relationship)

(Picture 5: Vort's relationship)

They work the same job, same time, sit next to each other and have a nice chat.

How the F do you not even know each other !?

How is this even happening? They see each other everyday for a year. Val was our warden and the one who invite Vort at the beginning too!

I understand that being psychopath will not effect by any social reaction but not even a name on the people relation list is just too weird. My game is running with pure vanilla too. I really want these stupid couple to date already. If you guy know how to make these dense become a couple without dev tool, I'll gladly listen to your advise.

Thank you for reading.  :)

Edit1 : Fix typo.
Edit2 : Fix wrong picture order.

I'm not aware of any way to 'force' a relationship without modding or using dev tools. I haven't had very many psychopath pawns either, but I haven't seen any of them form any romantic relationships ever.

Well, it seems that Nick is the only one who could date them  ;D

And now I have a doubt if psychos can enter in a relationshipo with someone, because I didin't see anyone neither.
Lavish meal, now with extra Yorkshire terrier meat.

Well, this makes sense, in that increased relations brings about relationships, but psychotics are NOT affected by interpersonal relations ^^'.
Thanks, belgord!

Big news! they finally recognize each other name.... through fist.

They have a long way to go  :-\.

I'm going to follow this because I'm genuinely curious if you will ever be able to get them to date (before their inevitable deaths). please keep updating!

Psychopaths can for relationships, at least they could pre-A18. I made a group with Prepare Carefully mod that I use on most new games, and one of them is a vatgrown supersoldier who is a bloodlusting psychopath. Due to my love of the Hitman games, combined with a general lack of creativity, I named him 47. He gets married in most games, albeit not quite as quickly or easily as the rest of the group.

After several games, there was only one I can recall where 47 didn't get into a relationship, and I don't think he has ever been divorced. I can't recall if any of his lovers had also been psychopaths, but he did tend to hook up with military-minded women more often than not.

I started a new game with this group once A18 hit, and the colony is a little over a year old now. 47 has not gotten into a relationship as of yet. I'm not sure if it is just how this play-through worked out, or if anything has changed that prevents him from finding love now. I run a fairly modded game, but none that directly affect social interactions (as far as I know anyway).

Do you use any mods that change how social dynamics work, like Psychology mod?

Thanks for following but sadly this should be the end for them because they already research all the stuff on the research tab. After the research, Val become a hunter and Voort be our crafter. They rarely met each other now.  :'(

Val got down one time by an infection in the leg and Voort rescue him. His opinion of Voort is increase by 15 from that and nothing more. I think I'll start building a rocket to leave this world soon.

I couldn't really say, I use a bunch of them. Most just add content like weapons and furniture, I shy away from any that fundamentally alter core mechanics. The only one I can think of is Hospitality, not sure if that would have an effect.

I have used Psychology in the past (A15 or 16), but I had a long-term game get corrupted and I came to the conclusion Psychology broke it. I easily could have been wrong, but I haven't used it since.
