Content Creator Tier

Hey, I was gifted RimWorld by my wife and in theory, I'm in the content creator tier, but when I logged into https://rimworldgame.com/creative, it says I don't have a tier yet. I registered with the same email I received the gift email from. How do I get that resolved?

We had the same problem when I gifted a copy to my sister, and they helped us with that pretty quickly.
