I saw that image, and the first thought that went through my mind is "EXTREME LIMBO!" Is that a sign that something's wrong with me?

On-topic: it would probably be quite difficult, (since you'd basically be doubling the amount of weight held up by the lifter in question), but with the proper technique (lift with knees, not back!) it should be entirely doable.
