I hope this is the right place to put this! I've been adding more and more mods to my game and I think this may have finally broken it.

Mod list:
Hugslib
Psychology
More Trade Ships
Stack Merger
I Can Fix It!
Expanded Prosthetics and Organ Engineering
Quality Builder
P-Music
A Dog Said...
Names Galore
[KV] Refugee Stats - B18
Animals Logic
Billy's Improved Load Transport Pods
Stack XXL
Wildlife Tab

1. Circumstances: Playing the game and had a colonist have a mental break, then collapse due to exhaustion.

2. What happened: When a colonist collapses due to exhaustion during a mental break they cannot be rescued and cannot be woken up and told to go to their room. They just lay where they fell until they either need to be rescued (due to injuries) or wake up naturally. The game will allow me to select and recruit them, and they hold their gun, but they will not move or be moved.

3. What I expected to happen: Colonist can be woken up or rescued.

4. To make the bug appear for you: I've uploaded my save file to Zippyshare with one colonist (Sammy) currently collapsed and unable to be moved: http://www67.zippyshare.com/v/6Ji5G1Al/file.html

If there's any way to save this save please let me know! I didn't realize this was happening until far enough into a town that I don't really want to start a new game, and even if I did I want to make sure this doesn't happen in the new file too. Thanks in advance for any suggestions on how to fix this.

Edit: I just realized I couldn't wake him up because he has the heavy sleeper trait! Whoops.

Exhaustion isn't a state that need a rescue.
The pawn just sleep at the ground where it just stood.
Draft, undraft him to wake him up, and then he will move to his bed by his own. Or when he is far away, just let him sleep.
