[mod request] touch support ;)

is it possible (and anyone knows how to do it?) to have a mod with onscreen buttons for:
* UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT (to scroll game area)
* SPACE to pause/unpause game (or maybe to have slightly bigger UI buttons for time changing)
* ESC
* Right Mouse Menu button for selected item, maybe with functionality similar to "reverse commands" mod

interesting. it will be possible the only issue is properly planning the touch UI.
