Is there a mod for building retangular structures?

I imagine this has been asked before, but I haven't found the answer by searching the forum, Steam or Reddit.

I want a mod that lets me draw a walled box, or a box with the corners missing, on the Structure part of the Architect tab. Is there a mod that does this or something similar? The Blueprints mod is useful but I have to build a box first and then save it, and the sizes aren't always suitable. I want to be able to set plans down that draw rectangular buildings like I can for single walls.

If there isn't a mod, is this idea feasible or does the UI or game design prohibit it in some way?
