W|[0.4.461rev37080] Failed to load mono

Okay so I only just got the new version downloaded and attempted to play it. Only to be greeted with 'unable to load mono library'.
I've tried running it as admin, same result. I've deleted it's local files (everything in the 'rimworld' folder), same result.
Previous versions have worked.

I'm out of ideas and wondering if you guys have any thoughts.
