[Standing Bug] How to Read Save game "work to do" ?

This type of problem is most usually caused by mods, as such moving this to mod bugs.

thanks for info but how i know "that mod" cause bug ? because im use random mod in same time

At first what do you mean with "standing" ?
Does the game allways pause from itself ?
Or does your pawn's dont do anything and just stand ?

You said you use random set of mod's, but it allways or mosttimes appear, then you should look what mod's you use allways.

If you post an error log when you problem happen, other people can look into it and maybe see something.
Just use the "share log" button at the error window (if you got hugslib installed) and post the link, or follow the sticky "how to report a mod bug" to locate the other error log's.
