Pawns have no reaction to gibbet cages.

Does it matter?  They should have an effect on nearby pawns regardless.

I can't figure out what's wrong.  I'm assuming that that Gibbet Cage effect radius got disabled somehow, but I have no idea where that value is or how to change it.

I can confirm this bug. Actually, it was the reason I came to the forum right now. With or without body, the gibbet cages have no effect on people, whether your own nor prisoners.
