Range weapon stats

Can someone please point me in the direction where the range weapon stats are explained? Like the impact of fire rate or how the bursts work etc.

How do you calculate the weapons burst tick? I got a rpm but thats rounds per minute not ticks per bullet....

Can't answer your question about "Weapon's burst tick" because I don't actually understand what you're asking but the "Weapons Ranged" table in-game might be of some use to you.

Options->Development mode(Ticked)->Logs(Icon at the top of the screen, fifth from the left)
