[B18] Various oddities with the Ascetic trait

Overview
Here are the following oddities I've discovered with the Ascetic trait which probably shouldn't be in the game:

1) Just like non-ascetics, ascetics have a strong dislike for ugly environments and conversely enjoy pretty environments. It'd probably be more logical to have them be less sensitive to environmental changes (maybe -8/-4/0/0/0/3/6 rather than -15/-10/-5/0/5/10/15 for hideous/v. ugly/ugly/neutral/pleasant/v. pleasant/beautiful respectively), or completely indifferent.

2) Ascetics still enjoy eating in impressive dining rooms and participating in joy activities inside impressive recreation rooms. Maybe they should either be indifferent, or gradually dislike doing activities in better quality rooms. Conversely, they could prefer doing activities in awful/dull recreation rooms, and eating in awful/dull dining rooms. There'd probably need to be some extra code written so that non-ascetics prefer higher quality dining/recreation environments over lower quality ones so that things are kept logical on the other end of the spectrum though.

3) More of a smaller detail, but Ascetic's description includes 'dislikes fancy food'. However, mood-wise, ascetics are merely indifferent about consuming fine/lavish meals or insect jelly.

Steps to Reproduce
For 1:
1a) Create a lot of filth with the dev mode tool
2a) Move an ascetic into the filthy area
3a) Observe negative thoughts
...
1b) Spawn and install some high-quality grand sculptures
2b) Move an ascetic into the pretty area
3b) Observe positive thoughts

For 2:
1) Make a big room. Decorate it with a few sculptures and pave it with sterile tiles to maximise impressiveness. Complete with table, meals and various joy facilities.
2) Lock some ascetic colonists inside. Make them famished and more bored than anything with dev tools.
3) Wait for them to finish eating their meals and going about joy activities.
4) Check their thoughts; observe positive thoughts for dining and recreation.
Optional) Repeat with an absolute pigsty.

For 3:
1) Spawn a lavish meal
2) Force an ascetic to consume it
3) Observe no negative thoughts from eating such a fancy meal
