Can't load save (StatRequest for null thing / Exception from asynchronous event)

Because of B18 I updated my mods, got some new ones and started a new game (yesterday).
It went fine and I could save and load it again, but today I can't load it anymore.

so I have the same error have you found anything on it do you know anything about rim world errors? somewhere I could start?

try either loading the same mod list with PrisonLabor if it is not there or without if it is

Remove "Nature's Pretty Sweet: TKKN_NPS(1.0.0.0)", it throws a couple of configuration exceptions complaining about null pointer. EdB Prepare carefully is bugged and no longer maintained. One of the bugs is a conflict with Psychology which you have installed.
