Trying to figure out what mod is mainly causing my memory leak qq Please help me

Ok so first off i know that this is a memory problem But i would like to ask if there is a way for you and after this maybe for me ^^ to figure out which mod is causing this...I used to play with many more mods then this so its weird to me that it suddenly runs out of memory so fast.
Usually at the start the memory is ok at around 2.8k but it gradually starts to go up even though not much stuff is build...I assume its a mod throwing errors but i am not an expert xD

I have barley any errors in game but this is the only on that keeps popping up "Exception in Verse.AI.ThinkNode_PrioritySorter GetPriority: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
at Psychology.Harmony.JobGiver_GetRest_PriorityPatch.InsomniacPriority (single&,Verse.Pawn) <0x000c6>" Obviously something with Psychology but what is causing it ?
