Equiping Weapons with an Nurse

I am playing the tutorial and it want's to have all colonist to equip weapons, but my Nurse is incapable of violence, so she wont equip weapons. What should I do?

It's a bug unfortunately. In the tutorial you're not supposed to get a person in the create character screen who is incapable of violence and the game doesn't recognize this, thus making the tutorial unplayable or unwinnable with the nurse who can't fight back.

Your best bet is to restart the entire tutorial or ignore the tutorial. Sorry

Or do the advanced tutorial, specifically the "What to do with useless pawns" section. It involves force attacking said pawn, a butcher table and a tailoring bench.
