[W|0.4.466] Hydroponics working despite no power

So I noticed this as my colonists were cleaning out the hydroponics bay, it seems that if my hydroponic's basins are receiving light then they don't need to be powered for the colonists to plant and grow things there.

Second shot, showing the colonists planting with none of the hydroponic's being powered.

Do they just plant the plants or do they actually grow without power?

Btw: Why do hydrophonics actually need power?

They plant the plants and the plants grow, they most likely require power to pump the nutrients that hydroponics is supposed to use.

This doesn't occur in current dev build. No need to Mantis it.

I'll try and reproduce it myself on the current Dev build when I get onto a useable computer and mantis it if it does.

Can't reproduce in the Dev build. No need to mantis at all.
