[Mod Suggestion] Primitive/medieval coolers.

While playing with the medieval mod i usually run into food problems, either not being able to make a cooler room that doesn't require electricity, hence ''medieval''. Having a way to make a cooler without power would be fantastic and not make half of my colonists die due to starvation from my food supply rotting, I've went to warmer areas where the cooler issue is a big problem, and to colder areas where i can freeze stuff, but not being able to either grow cops and animals leaving the area in winter.

to be honest medieval times people did not use freezers, but cellar would be fine addition tho there is a medieval mod in which you can find ice maker and ice box dunno wheter it works as storage

I believe there is some mod that contains something along those lines around here somewhere.

Not sure if that is it or not, but I know something does. IF not that, then likely a modpack has it. And then, not sure if that modpack gained that cooler via a different mod, or their own additions.

Went looking through a modpack (well more of a conversion mod) that I had been playing during A17, that is where I was using it. That modpack/conversion is the EpicOmega project https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=31476.0

Now I don't know if that is still in Medieval Times or not, as I have never played with that specific mod. But it must have been at one point.

But honestly how should a medivial colony geting ice/snow when the next below 0C tile is weeks ago.
People at the medivial era preserve their food different.
Salten/dryed meat/fish, dryed fruits, and other field fruits with long time to be eatable.

If you want try a fanatsy setting, try Rim Of Magic, you can summon some magical cooler/heater.
